Open House Giveaway - Official Rules

1.Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored solely by Nataliya Hennings. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by RE/MAX, LLC, by the owner of any property where an open house is held, or by any brand whose gift cards or merchandise may be offered as a prize.

2.Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Not open to Nataliya Hennings, members of her household or immediate family, or to agents and staff of RE/MAX Innovations and members of their households. Void where prohibited.

3.Entry Period

Each open house is a separate, self-contained giveaway. Entries open when that open house opens to the public and close when it closes. Entries do not carry over between open houses.

4.How to Enter - Two Free Methods

1. Complete the registration form at the open house, by QR code or on a paper card.
2. Free alternate entry: text ENTER along with your first and last name to (816) 258-7356 during the open house hours. No visit or purchase required.

One entry per person per open house. Duplicate entries will be removed.

5.Number of Winners

Determined by the number of valid entries received at that open house:

• 1 to 5 entries = 1 winner
• 6 to 10 entries = 2 winners
• 11 or more entries = 3 winners

6.Drawing

Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries at the close of that day's open house. Winners need not be present to win.

7.How the Prize Is Determined

Each winner receives one prize, determined by a spin of the prize wheel. A winner who is present may spin the wheel personally; otherwise the Sponsor spins on the winner's behalf. All prizes remain available on every spin, so more than one winner may receive the same prize.

8.Prizes

Coffee gift card, sports fan flag, digital meat thermometer, or barbecue meat claws. Approximate retail value $10 to $25 each. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and no cash equivalent will be given. Limit one prize per person per open house.

9.Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received at that open house.

10.Winner Notification and Claim

Winners will be notified by phone, text, or email within three business days. A winner must respond within seven calendar days to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to an alternate winner drawn at random, or forfeited. Prizes are delivered in person or shipped to an address in the continental United States. Shipping outside the continental United States is at the sponsor's discretion.

11.Announcement and Publicity

Only a winner's first name will be announced at the open house or published. Entering does not grant permission to use your photograph, likeness, or voice. If photography or video is taken at an open house, separate written consent will be requested from anyone appearing in it.

12.Contact Consent

By entering, you agree that Nataliya Hennings may contact you by phone, text, or email about real estate services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of entry or of winning.

13.Privacy

Information collected is used to administer this giveaway and to provide real estate services. It is not sold or rented to third parties.

14.Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on the value of a prize.
